In just 60 days, Mericle completed a fast-track customization at its 120,056-square-foot flex building in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East Phase in Jenkins Township, to accommodate MAXIMUS’ need for 63,852 square feet of office space with 700 parking spaces.

The offices feature lay-In fluorescent fixtures with prismatic lenses, Trane packaged roof-top units, 400 amps of power, and an emergency generator. Mericle converted the loading doors into windows to maximize natural light in the space.

MAXIMUS is a leading provider of health and human services worldwide. The company provides specialized eligibility appeals support services for the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
