Greiner Packaging, an Austrian food-packaging company, opened its first US manufacturing plant in this industrial building constructed on speculation by Mericle in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park West, in Pittston Township.
The company leases 113,871 square feet in this 223,837-square-foot industrial building. Greiner’s space features 13,949 square feet of offices, 32’ to 36’10” ceiling clear heights, 40’ x 50’ column spacing with 60’ at the loading bay, clerestory windows, T-bay high-efficiency fluorescent lighting, 16 loading doors, one drive-in door, and an ESFR fire protection system. Mericle completed extensive improvements including a new façade, offices, and a mezzanine.
