Benco Dental

The Client

Benco Dental uses this Mericle-developed industrial building in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East, in Jenkins Township, as its corporate headquarters and distribution center.

This building, originally 217,000 square feet, was constructed on speculation by Mericle, who custom-designed and remodeled the facility to accommodate Benco Dental.

The work involved the construction of all offices, showrooms, a conference center, a mezzanine, and a new front façade. Now totaling 272,800 square feet, the building houses one of the largest dental equipment showrooms in North America. The project received LEED Silver Certification for commercial interiors.
