Jeffrey D. Bower

Jeff has been in the real estate industry since 1978. Prior to joining Mericle in 2000, he was the broker/owner of Lester F. Bower Real Estate, Inc., a full-service real estate company.

He has taught real estate courses at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He served on the Lycoming County Planning Commission for 13 years, the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce Industrial Properties Corporation from 2006-2013, serving as Chairman for two years. He has provided real estate services for Lycoming County, Auto Zone, Raymond James, Pennsylvania Department of Health, Rent a Center, Dollar General, as well as others. He has extensive experience in office leasing.

Jeff is currently the Chairman of the Lycoming County Industrial Development Authority and serves on the Lycoming County Board of Assessment Appeals.

Jeff has been a high school and college football official for over 30 years and is currently a Division 1 replay official.
